Donation Requests - All donation requests must be submitted in writing by email at least 30 days prior to event in to process in a timely manner. Donation requests can be emailed to lhsfdonations@gmail.com or info@lava.idaho.gov. The following must be in the request: Flyer of the event, date of event, what the proceeds go to, contact phone number and mailing address to send the donation. Monetary funds cannot be donated.
